A Center for Children

Rural libraries provide significant support to area schools as a place for young students to open their minds to the world at large. They also provide a place for lower-income parents to find affordable early reading resources so that a love for reading can be established early. From toddler ages through high school and beyond, the community library acts as a center in for children to learn, grow, and imagine, allowing them to grow into good social contributors. Tocker Foundation supports the growth of child development through the assistance of community library development.
